Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your purchase within three (3) business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Send a written cancellation notice to our email Contact@ecomgenie.co within three (3) business days. Include your full name, contact information and purchase date. All returns will be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. Refunds are not available after the three (3) business day period. Ecom Genie Consulting reserve the right to consider a negotiated or pro-rated refunds on a case-by-case basis for any request for cancellation made outside the three (3) day right.
